Application

The Woodworking Vertical Band Saw Machine MJ396 is a power tool used for cutting various materials, primarily wood but also plastic, metal, and other materials. It consists of a long, continuous band of toothed metal or wood, stretched between two or more wheels, that rotates at high speed. The material being cut is fed into the saw blade, allowing it to make precise and smooth cuts. Band saws are commonly used in woodworking, metalworking, and for cutting curves or irregular shapes in materials.It has uniform cutting action as a result of an evenly distributed tooth load, and the ability to cut irregular or curved shapes. The blade itself can come in a variety of sizes and tooth pitches (teeth per inch, or TPI), which enables the machine to be highly versatile and able to cut a wide variety of materials including wood, metal, and plastic.
